SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your order has been damaged in transit, you have 14 days to email inkyprinting91@gmail.com with a detailed explanation as to why you are making this return/exchange as well as photos supporting your claim.

Please note the following guidelines for order cancellation and refund:

• Most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. 

• If you wish to cancel an order, please email inkyprinting91@gmail.com with your name and order number or you can simply reply to your order confirmation email, as soon as possible. 

If we receive your message after the order ships, we may still be able to help, please note the following guidelines for returns and refunds: 

• The item must be returned in its protective sleeve when shipped, we prefer the item to be shipped back in the original packaging when possible. 

• The customer is responsible for the cost of outbound shipping and return shipping. 

• A refund will be placed once the item returns back to the store, minus the original shipping cost and any insurance purchased.
